Make A Group Reservation

Guests who are looking to book Small or Large Group Reservations at our Park have 2 Methods to choose from when deciding to book.

Each Method has its own distinct Pros & Cons, and a Guest must decide for themselves upon which Method they wish to use to book their Group Reservation based on their own Group's scenario.

Sometimes it's best for everyone to just book all individually, but please know, that you do have 2 other options besides that.

Both the Methods described below may be used Online.

For reference, Method 2 Forms are located at the bottom of this webpage.

Method 1:

Direct Campspot Booking

Minimum Required Reservations within the Group for this Method: 2Also known as a Multi-Site Reservation

Method 1 Pros:

  1. Very streamlined & easy process.

  2. It only requires 1 person to book the entire Group Reservation for everyone.

    • Other Group Members who are not the doing the 1 person booking, DO NOT need to reach out to claim their sites individually.

  3. The booking will happen instantaneously, so it immediately guarantees any desired Site Locations/Availability around the Park.

Method 2 Cons:

  1. The 1 person who books the Group Reservation using this Method MUST be an attending camper themselves!

  2. 1 person must pay for everyone. Meaning, all the Reservations/Sites within the Group Reservation will be charged that 1 person who does the booking. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO SPLIT BILLING IN THIS METHOD!

    • As a result, that 1 person may end up taking a large financial burden upon themselves for the sake of the entire Group. However, this 1 person could theoretically ask their other Group Members to reimburse them ‘under the table’ without directly involving us, the Campground. The Campground will NOT involve itself in any form of ‘multi-customer billing logistics’ if a Guest chooses to book their Group Reservation using this method.

      • We HIGHLY encourage Groups that have a size of 2-3 Reservations/Sites to use this Method as it makes things much easier for us, but the decision is ultimately up to you.

  3. Site Location Locks are charged at full price on the invoicing. Meaning, you will pay for Locking your Site Location!

Method 2:

Wagon Master-Claiming

Minimum Required Reservations within the Group for this Method: 2Also known as a Standard Group Reservation

Method 2 Pros:

  1. The 1 person who would submit the Online Wagon Master Group Reservation Creation Form for everyone else to claim into using this Method DOES NOT need to be an attending camper themselves, but they certainly can be.

  2. 1 person DOES NOT have to foot the entire bill for everyone else's Reservations/Sites. Instead, the billing is split-up between all the individual Group Members.

    • Meaning, everyone will pay for their own site in this Method. However, this does not mean that say, one Group Member cannot pay for the Site of another Group Member, that is still an option when using this Method. However, this Method should be used primarily by Groups who wish to have everyone pay for their own Reservation/Site.

  3. All Reservations within the Group Reservation receive FREE Site Location Locks. Meaning, Group Members will not need to pay to guarantee they camp directly next to one another. If your Group Reservation is 4+ Reservations/Sites, & everyone wants to guarantee they camp directly next to one another, this Method could definitely save your Group some money.

Method 2 Cons:

  1. Labor intensive & time-consuming.

    • It will require everyone in the Group Reservation to do more work themselves, by fact of requiring everyone to either fill-out & submit their own appropriate Online Form as further detailed below, to claim into their Site Location.

      • Special Note: If a Wagon Master knows all the necessary personal information on behalf of a Regular Group Member (such as their email address, phone number, etc...), the Wagon Master may fill-out & submit a Regular Group Member Claiming Form on behalf of other people within the Group who is not themselves.

  2. The site holds will NOT GET PLACED INSTANTLY in this Method if the Wagon Master uses the Online Form to create their initial Group Reservation for everyone! Meaning, it may take up to 10 business days for any Online Form to get processed by our staff. Both Wagon Master & Regular Group Member. However, once the Wagon Master's Form has been processed, the sites will be safely held for the Regular Group Members to claim by submitting their Online Form.

    • So, this Method is best utilized when booking date ranges far in advance. Because, if the Wagon Master does the Online Form, any of their desired Site Locations/Availability indicated on their Form may get taken up by other non-Group Member Guests before the Online Form can get processed, so that the site holds are placed.

    • However, if the Wagon Master chooses to do Method 1 to book for everyone, the site holds will get placed immediately.

How To Book Your Group Reservation Using Method 2

  1. Communicate with your Group Members & choose 1 person to be your Wagon Master. Everyone else will become Regular Group Members.

    • The Wagon Master does not need to be an attending camper themselves, but they certainly can be. The Wagon Master will be the person who creates the Group Reservation for the Regular Group Members to claim into.

    • What else does the Wagon Master do? The answer is simple, they will do the majority of the 'information leg-work' on their Form. Prior to either filling-out their Wagon Master Group Reservation Creation Form, the Wagon Master should know the following 5 things about the Group:

      1. The Name of the Group.

      2. The Lengths (in Feet) of ALL the RVs in the Group Reservation.

      3. The Site Locations desired to be booked by the Group.

      4. The generalized Date Range which the Group Reservation will occur over.

      5. Any Regular Group Members within the Group who need to have their Site Location assigned to them. Wagon Masters do not need to assign EVERY SINGLE Regular Group Member a Site Location; just the ones they wish to specially note.

        • Regular Group Members who do not get assigned a Site Location by the Wagon Master will be automatically filled into a Site Location based on the Length of their RV, or they may choose themselves from the list of Site Locations being held by the Wagon Master. The Wagon Master MUST distribute to them this information.

  2. Once the Wagon Master has either successfully submitted their Wagon Master Online Form (linked below), to place their initial site holds for everyone else, our staff will begin to wait for the other Regular Group Members to submit their Regular Group Member Online Forms, to claim their Site Locations/Reservations.

    • Online Forms make take up to 10 business days to be processed by our staff.

    • It is at this time that the Wagon Master should contact their Regular Group Members & provide them the necessary information such as:

      1. The Site Locations they held & the assigned Site Locations for each Group Member, if applicable.

      2. The steps they need to take to come to this web page in order to submit their Regular Group Member Online Claiming Forms.

        • The Wagon Master can forward the Regular Group Members the confirmation email for the creation of the Group Reservation once it has been created. They also can give them this web link to come directly here: www.millbridge.com/help/groups.

  3. Regular Group Members will need to either come here to fill-out & submit their Regular Group Member Online Forms, we will not be reaching out to them directly!

  4. Generally, the Group will be given up to 2 weeks prior to the Group's Check-In Date to fully claim all Site Locations within their Group Reservation, before the holds expire. However, special exceptions may be made to allow claiming up until the Check-In Date.
