Policies & Rules

When using our Campspot Online Booking Page, if your desired Site Location or Site Type is not showing up when you search for availability, you may be in violation of one of our Booking Rules; or the desired Site Location/Site Type is unavailable for your selected Date Range.

We always advise Guests to check back often to see if a possible Cancellation has occurred which could allow for their desired booking.

Nightly Minimums & Maximums

  1. 3-Night Minimum on Designated Holiday Dates except;

    • Your Reservation is Checking-In on Monday.
    • Your Reservation is Checking-In on Tuesday.
    • You're booking your 2-Night or 1-Night Holiday Reservation 14 days or less before your Reservation's Check-In Date.
    • Your 2-Night or 1-Night Holiday Reservation fits perfectly between two already existing Reservations.
      • Designated Holiday Dates are:
        1. Memorial Day Weekend
        2. 4th of July Weekend
        3. Labor Day Weekend
        4. Columbus Day Weekend
  2. 2-Night Minimum for All Standard Reservations except;

    • Monday Nights may be 1-Night.
    • Tuesday Nights may be 1-Night.
    • Wednesday Nights may be 1-Night.
    • You're booking your 1-Night Reservation 14 days or less before your Reservation's Check-In Date.
    • Your 1-Night Reservation fits perfectly between two already existing Reservations.
  3. The following Site Types has a 6-Night Maximum:

  4. The following Site Types have a 13-Night Maximum:

  5. The following Site Types has a 27-Night Maximum:

    • Deluxe Cabin
    • [50 Amp FHU] Stream-Side Back-In Site
    • [50 Amp FHU] Pull-Through Site
    • [50 Amp FHU] Asphalt Pad Pull-Through Site
    • [30 Amp FHU] Stream-Side Back-In Site
  6. There is a 27-Night Maximum for the following Site Type for Non-Extended Stay Approved Reservations: (To get Extended Stay Approval, submit an Application via the Extended Stay Tab on our Website.)

Occupancy Policy

  1. The Base Rate includes 2 Adults, 2 Children, & 1 Pet.

  2. Senior is interchangeable with Adult.

  3. Infant is interchangeable with Child.

    • Extra Adults over the base are charged at $6 /per night.

    • Extra Seniors over the base are charged at $5 /per night.

    • Extra Children over the base are charged at $4 /per night.

    • Extra Infants over the base are not charged at all.

    • Extra Pets over the base are charged at $3 /per night.

  4. Occupancy Minimums:

    • Every Reservation must have at least 1 Adult/Senior to be booked.
  5. Occupancy Maximums:

        • Deluxe Cabin-

          • 5 Children/Infants Max
      • RV Site:
        • 6 Max Total Occupants

  6. New Reservations are taken up to 730 days (2 years in advance) on a rolling basis. Wherein, the Check-Out date of a certain reservation being made cannot surpass the 730 days (2 years in advanced) limit.

    • For example, if you stayed with us Checking-In on October 1st, 2021, & Checking-Out on October 5th, 2021, & today is October 5th, 2021, your campsite will have been bookable for up to 2 years in advance (up to October 5th, 2023) by anyone ever since October 1st, 2021.

Visitor Policy

  1. ALL Visitors to the Park regardless of how long they plan to stay, need to first register In-Person, in our Store, immediately upon arrival.

  2. Reservation Occupants who are Visitors are different than those who are the Reservation's Base Occupants. Visitors will typically only stay for a short period of time within the overall total length of the Reservation's Stay.

  3. A Visitor who stays 30 minutes or less on the property are not charged at all.

    • After 30 minutes, the Visitor must pay to remain on the property.

    • Once paid, they can remain on the property for up to 24-Hours.

  4. After their first paid 24-Hours, they can either decide to Re-Pay as a Visitor for another 24-Hours, or opt to become apart of that Reservation's Base Occupancy & continually charged as such.

    • Adult Visitors are charged $8 /per 24-Hours.

    • Senior Visitors are charged $7 /per 24-Hours.

    • Children Visitors are charged $6 /per 24-Hours.

    • Infant Visitors are not charged at all.

    • Pet Visitors are charged $5 /per 24-Hours.

DISCOUNTING RULES

  1. Only 1 Discount may be applied to a Reservation at a single time!

  2. Reservations which pass-through or touch Designated Holiday Dates cannot be discounted!

  3. Reservations 7-Nights or longer cannot be discounted! (They already get the Weekly Rate)

  4. Discounts apply to the campsite Base Rate portion of the Reservation's invoice only.

HOW TO DISCOUNT YOUR RESERVATION

  1. After you have booked your Reservation, please follow the directions below in order to verify your discount onto your booked Reservation:

      • To Verify (10%) Good Sam Club Membership: Send an email to frontdesk@millbridge.com with a picture attached of your Good Sam Membership Card. If you include just your Member Number we cannot verify your Membership, we will need a picture of the physical card. We will run the Number for verification with Good Sam on your valid Club Membership. Also include in the email your Reservation's Confirmation Number.

      • To Verify (5%) Senior: Send an email to frontdesk@millbridge.com with a picture attached of your valid Photo ID (such as your driver's license) with Date-Of-Birth proof you are at or over the age of 65-years-old. You may blur any unnecessary information as needed. Also include in the email your Reservation's Confirmation Number.

      • To Verify (5%) Military: Send an email to frontdesk@millbridge.com with a picture attached of your valid Military-Distributed/U.S. Government Photo ID with proof of service. Also include in the email your Reservation's Confirmation Number.

      • To Verify (5%) First Responder: Send an email to frontdesk@millbridge.com with a picture attached of your valid Photo ID with proof of your currently held position. Possible examples include Police Badge/Police Photo ID, Hospital Photo ID, Firefighter Photo ID, etc... Also include in the email your Reservation's Confirmation Number.

      • To Verify (5% or 7%) AAA Membership: Send an email to frontdesk@millbridge.com with a picture attached of your AAA Membership Card. Also include in the email your Reservation's Confirmation Number. There are 5 different AAA Memberships we accept:

        1. AAA Plus RV Membership - 7% Discount

        2. AAA Premier RV Membership - 7% Discount

        3. AAA Classic Membership - 5% Discount

        4. AAA Plus Membership - 5% Discount

        5. AAA Premier Membership - 5% Discount

      • To Verify (15%) Discover Lancaster Hospitality Days Coupon Booklet: Send an email to frontdesk@millbridge.com with a picture attached of your booklet. Also include in the email your Reservation's Confirmation Number.

      • To Verify (50%) School Field Trip Groups, Boy, Girl Scout Groups: Send an email to frontdesk@millbridge.com with your organization's information. Also include in the email your Reservation's Confirmation Number.

Reservations already Paid-In-Full will be refunded back their Discounted difference once applied; if the Guest already paid their Reservation in full.

Payment Policy

  1. Our Payment Policy for All our Accommodations is, the further out a Reservation is booked, the less we will ask for in a downpayment. The vast majority of the time we ask for a 50% downpayment to confirm the booking. Read our full Payment Policy at www.millbridge.com/termsofservice.

Cancellation & Refund Policies

  1. Initiate your Cancellation as soon as you know that you cannot come. Your Refund will be a greater amount the further notice you give. We give full Cash-based refunds, no Camp Credit is given. To read our full Cancellation & Refund Policies, go to www.millbridge.com/termsofservice.

Site Location Locking

  1. What is Site Location Locking?

    • Site Location locking guarantees that the Guest will be assigned the exact same Site Location number (#001, #050, #071, etc...) they selected at the time of booking. If a Guest does not lock their Site Location, their Site Location may be changed to another one within the same Site Type. Guests are guaranteed the same amenities they have paid for. Site Types are the Sites colored the same color on our Map. Example: Blue can only get moved to blue, Red can only get moved to red, etc...

    • If your Site Location is not Locked, we may change your Site Location based on the length of your RV to a Site Location better suited for it. This way, we may let bigger RVs take our bigger Site Locations & vice versa for the smaller ones. We may also change your Site Location to fill gaps in our availability so that we may offer more availability to Guests who wish to book with us. If you opt to Lock your Site Location, your Site Location will not be changed.

    • If a Guest opts to not lock their Site Location, their Site Location will not be changed to one which does not accommodate the length of their RV.

Holiday, Summer, Autumn, Spring, & Winter Definitions

  1. Holiday Rates are valid only during the 4 Holiday Weekends of each year.

    • Designated Holiday Dates are:
      1. Memorial Day Weekend
      2. 4th of July Weekend
      3. Labor Day Weekend
      4. Columbus Day Weekend
  2. Summer, Autumn, Spring, & Winter Specials are only valid during their select time periods. The select time periods are as follows each year:

    • Summer: June 1st >>> September 16th
    • Autumn: September 17th >>> November 16th
    • Winter: November 17th >>> March 31st
    • Spring: April 1st >>> May 31st
  3. Reservations Specially rated for Bi-Weekly or Monthly Stays do not get charged the Holiday Rate on the Designated Holiday Dates, however, Weekly rated Reservations will.

Daily Rate Range

  1. 'Daily Rate Range' means that a Guest's given Daily Rate (their price per night) is subject to fluctuate on each individual night of their stay based on our Park's availability.

  2. The lowest rates are received by booking early/far in advance. On days where the Park sees less traffic, the Daily Rate will be lower (I.E on weekdays).

  3. To find out what exactly your Daily Rate would be, please input your desired Date Range on our Campspot Online Booking Page.

  4. The Holiday Rate is always a Flat Rate.

  5. If a Guest chooses to Edit (make any changes) to their Date Range on their already Existing Reservation, that Reservation's Invoice whose Date Range was Edited will be Re-Rated according to the Newer Occupancy of the Park, not keeping Older Occupancy which was taken back at the time of the original booking. This type of 'original-price-guarantee-voiding' will only happen with select Edits, terms & conditions apply, see Store or site for details.

Prorating

  1. We Prorate our Weekly, Bi-Weekly, & Monthly Rates.

    • What does this mean? What is Proration?

      • Prorating is simply taking the campsite's packaged rate & dividing it 7 for the Weekly Rate, 14 for the Bi-Weekly Rate, or 28, 30, or 31 for the Monthly Rate, then multiplying that new 'Daily' Rate to however many nights the Reservation is staying. Essentially, paying a heavily discounted Daily Rate.

  2. Specially rated Weekly Reservations that pass over a designated Holiday Date, will be charged the Flat Holiday Rate on those designated Holiday Dates which it passes over. On the remaining Non-Holiday Dates of the Reservation, the Invoice will be charged the appropriately prorated Weekly rate.

    • Specially rated Bi-Weekly or Monthly Reservations may skip over designated Holiday Dates without receiving the Flat Holiday Rate charge.

Pet Policies

  1. The Base Rate includes 1 Pet for free. Extra Pets over 1 Pet are charged at $3.

    • A maximum of 3 Pets is allowed.

  2. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside.

  3. Guests are required to clean up waste left by their Pets.

  4. Dogs must not bark & annoy other Guests.

  5. The dog breeds of Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Dobermann, or any mixes thereof are not permitted.

Speciality Lodging Policies

  1. No Lodging Arrivals or Departures on Mondays or Tuesdays. These are our designated cleaning days.

  2. 6% Pennsylvania State Lodging Sales Tax is automatically added to your invoice.

Speciality Add-On Policies

  1. 6% Pennsylvania State Add-On Sales Tax is automatically added to your invoice.

Grounds Policies

  1. No fireworks of any kind or type are permitted on the premises of the property.

  2. Setups of slip-and-slides (water slides) are not permitted.

  3. RV & Tent Site Arrivals after 10 PM are FORBIDDEN on designated Holiday weekend dates.

  4. Campground quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Noise pollution during these hours will result in mandatory cancellation.

    • Curfew is 10 PM for Guests younger than 18 years old. Children must be back at their sites by the time of curfew.

  5. Site Locations are always expected to be kept neat & clean by Guests.

  6. Fire Rings are for firewood & charcoal only. No pallets are allowed.

  7. Public Dumpsters are for bagged garbage & boxes only.

    • No trash from outside the Campground can be brought to our dumpsters.

  8. No weed or foliage killer is to be used by any Guest. Nor should any Guest trim, cut, or remove foliage on the property without management’s permission.

  9. No firearms, bombs, or illegal substances are permitted on the Campground premises.

  10. The washing of RVs & other vehicles is prohibited on our property premises during designated Holiday weekend dates. Other dates are acceptable & it is encouraged.

  11. No enclosures, fences, easy-up screens, or other methods of obstructing your neighboring site’s view are permitted.

  12. No nails or screws are permitted to be put into trees or other anchor points around a site.

  13. Public display of clothing for drying purposes via Clothing Line, Drying Racks, or hung from a tree is prohibited.

  14. No Personal Hygiene such as beard trimming, body hair removal, teeth brushing, or any other such thing in this category may be done in our Public Restrooms.

  15. Guest belongings are to be kept only within their Site Location’s borders. If a Guest is unsure of their Site Location’s boundaries, they should ask management.
