Confirm A Pencil-In Reservation

A Pencil-In Reservation is not a fully confirmed Reservation. It is only an 'offering' for a potential Reservation; where the process for the official confirmation must be acted upon by the Guest who was sent the Pencil-In Email.

The Pencil-In will 'hold' the Site for the Guest until its Expiration Date.

In order to be fully confirmed, the Guest must submit a downpayment on the Reservation. The step-by-step process to do that is detailed below:

Step 1.

Locate your Emailed Pencil-In Confirmation in your Email Inbox which was sent to your Email Address at the time of your Pencil-In's creation.

Then, click the web-link in that Email to access your Pencil-In's Details Page in your Web Browser.

Step 2.

The next step is very easy. At the top of the webpage, locate the big green button that says "Make A Payment". Go ahead & click that.

Step 3.

The final step is to just fill-in your payment information, & follow the remaining steps it will walk you through.

Please note: every Pencil-In has an Expiration Date. Once the Expiration Date has come, the Pencil-In will no longer allow you to confirm it!
