Cabin/Rental Deposit 50% of total rental fee is due at time of booking (Visa/MC) Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival In addition to rental fee there is a refundable $100 security deposit (cash only) Upon departure, security deposit will be returned provided inspection of the unit is satisfactory Check-In is after 3:00pm Check-Out is 11:00am Refunds are given with a 2 month notice prior to arrival, less requires re-rental of the unit. A camping credit, valid for one year is given with a one month cancellation notice. Cancellation 48 hours prior to arrival will result in loss of deposit and balance payment. Refunds are not given for inclement weather.
